Top Edge Training is always keen to extend its commitment to Learning, Development and Support beyond the delivery of training …
Graham Freeborn, Top Edge’s owner and Director, is a trained mentor, contributing to the University of Brighton Student Mentoring Programme (Momentum), and also actively supports ‘Inspiring the Future’, the charity that connects state schools and colleges with employers and people from the world of work. He also regularly volunteers for career development activities and events in schools and colleges and is a regular speaker at colleges, advising students on training and apprenticeship opportunities.
Graham is also training to be a Quest Assessor. Quest is the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure – a tool for continuous improvement, designed primarily for the management of leisure facilities and leisure development.
While with Freedom Leisure, Graham worked with the Job Centre Plus network in Sussex on funded projects to improve employment opportunities and develop employability skills, and this is an area he would be keen to develop again through Top Edge Training.
